​Cu Chi Tunnels

Cu Chi Tunnels are 70 km from Ho Chi Minh City to the Northwest. This is the place to shrink the transformation map of the Cu Chi army and people during the fierce resistance war for 30 years. Cu Chi tunnels make today's generation admire by the works located deep in the ground, with many floors, many nooks and crannies like spider webs, with accommodation, meeting and fighting with a total length of more than 200 km.
Foreign tourists are visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels.

Cu Chi tunnels have two points:

Ben Duoc Tunnel: Saigon - Gia Dinh District Party Committee & Military Zone Base is preserved in Phu Hiep hamlet, Phu My Hung commune, Cu Chi district. Directions: Route 13 and 79, take bus 13 from Ben Thanh to Cu Chi bus station, then take bus 79 from Cu Chi bus station to Ben Duoc.

Ben Dinh Tunnel: Cu Chi District Party Committee base is preserved in Ben Dinh hamlet, Nhuan Duc commune, Cu Chi district. How to go: Tourists take bus route 4 from Ben Thanh to An Suong. Then continue to take route 122 from An Suong bus station to An Nhon Tay, get off.

General note:

• Total time to visit and move: Half a day

• Ticket price: 100,000VND / foreigner, 20,000VND / Vietnamese guest. Entering the tunnels, visitors will eat cassava and drink tea for free.

• Other means of transportation: If you go by motorbike, follow the bus route. If you think, you can ask for directions. Rent a taxi from the city center to the tunnel is about 600,000 - 700,000 VND / time. It is possible to rent a tour car at a slightly cheaper price than a taxi.

• Sports shoes should be brought along to facilitate movement in the tunnel.
